We use the finest ingredients and our bakers are well-known for crafting the most delicious foods in town. We make everything here on our premises and use local food suppliers to ensure we support the local community.

Using traditional recipes and quality ingredients, you can be assured of the best tasting food in town. We source our ingredients from the local area including vegetables grown in and around Pershore and meat from an Evesham butcher.
Since 1954 we have served the wonderful people of Evesham from our bakery in the high street. ‘Upper Crust’, our bakery in Pershore has been providing traditional values since 1973. We’re a family run business offering quality and value to our customers.
Along with speciality breads such as rye, corn, spelt, honey, Mediterranean ciabatta, focaccia and gluten free, we offer traditional loaves such as tin, granary and bloomers.
Traditionally baked
We make many sorts of bread from Traditional to the Artisan and using old methods using sponge doughs for more flavour. The Breads range from Sandwich Loaves, Split Tins, Wholemeal, Granary and speciality breads Spelt & honey, Rye, Procorn and sourdoughs.
Naughty but nice
We have cakes of all types – Doughnuts, Lardies, Fresh Creams, Fancies, Macaroons, Vienesse etc. Gateaus and Slab cakes of all flavours and they are all made on the premises by our highly skilled cake makers. We also create custom cake designs for special occasions.
